Players can now buy tickets for The UAE Lottery at selected petrol stations in Dubai.

The UAE Lottery has launched in-person ticket sales for the first time via its new Retail Express service.

Three petrol stations - ADNOC 462 in Jebel Ali, ADNOC 529 in Al Quoz, and ADNOC 535 in Business Bay - now sell tickets for various UAE Lottery games.

The development, announced via The UAE Lottery social media channels, is part of the brand's drive to expand both its online and offline offering.

In recent months it has added a range of new online scratch cards and e-instant games to supplement its main AED 1 million jackpot draw.

The UAE Lottery, which is the country’s only official lottery, has recorded hundreds of thousands of winning players to date, including almost 200 winners of the AED 100,000 jackpot and several AED 1 million prize winners.

The early successes of The UAE Lottery, under the watchful eye of the GCGRA (the UAE’s commercial gaming authority) bodes well for the development of similar products and services in the region.

In addition to The UAE Lottery, the GCGRA has granted operating licenses to the joint venture developing the UAE’s first integrated casino resort (Wynn Al Marjan Island) and to various suppliers for both online casinos and physical gaming locations.
