Enclave guests will have access to a range of exclusive private areas at the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort.
Wynn Resorts has released the first details of Enclave, a collection of exclusive accommodation suites and amenities at Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Kaimah.
Enclave is “defined by its exclusivity and intimacy, with an elevated focus on privacy and intuitive service within an opulent world unto itself,” explained Wynn Resorts in a press release.
Enclave suites will be located on the uppermost levels of the resort’s main tower. There will be a total of 313 rooms with six distinct plans, including two duplex 16,000 sq ft Royal Apartments which Wynn hopes will tempt Middle Eastern tourists to the resort.
Guests staying in Enclave suites will enjoy exclusive use of a private reserve pool and beach setting with on-demand butler services and uninterrupted sunset views.
"Wynn Resorts' passion for launching Enclave for the first time provided us the opportunity to deliver an experience unlike anything that exists in this region of the world: the challenge has been to build upon our expertise in creating intimacy within grandeur and to redefine the integrated resort experience,” said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development.
"As with the overall resort's design concept of 'veiling and revealing' at every turn, it's often what's not seen that is more alluring and beautiful than what's obvious. That's what makes the rarefied veil of Enclave so special."
Wynn Al Marjan Island received a casino operating license from the GCGRA in 2024 and the project will be the first integrated casino resort in the UAE and wider GCC region when it opens in 2027.
The development could serve as a blueprint for future casino developments in the region and Wynn has said it “has to be perfect” from day one.
Analysts have speculated that the development could earn Wynn Resorts $570m by 2030 if the launch goes to plan.
